Overview This website is operated by IGNYTLABS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, a proprietorship of Prajwal Singh Tomar, trading as Haluvo ("we", "us"). By visiting the site or buying from us you agree to these terms.

Products and prices All prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices or stop selling a product at any time. Product images are for illustration and the item you receive may differ slightly in colour or finish.

Orders We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund you in full.

Payment Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Shipping, refunds and cancellations These are covered by our Shipping policy and our Return and refund policy, which form part of these terms.

Use of the product The Haluvo bowl is a sound and relaxation device. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

Intellectual property The content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to your order at the time you place it.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand have jurisdiction.
