You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a refund. Email support@haluvo.com with your order number and we refund you in full.

You do not need to send the bowl back, so there is no return shipping to pay.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it ships by emailing support@haluvo.com with your order number. We refund you in full to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Once an order has shipped, the 30-day policy above applies.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we replace it or refund in full. If an order has not arrived within 35 days of dispatch, we replace it or refund in full.
